NGK exhibition at PCIM 2023
NGK Europe will exhibit SN-AMB*1 & DCB*2 substrates for power modules at PCIM (Power Conversion and Intelligent Motion) Europe 2023 in Nuremberg, Germany on 9 to 11 May.
PCIM is one of the world's largest exhibitions specializing in the field of power electronics, including power devices, inverters, and converters.

NGK will introduce SN-AMB substrates and DCB substrates used as circuit substrates for a power semiconductor module.
Both Substrates are products in which copper plates are bonded to each surface of a ceramic plate, which is an insulating material.
They contribute to efficient and stable operation by releasing the heat generated in the power semiconductors incorporated in inverter control devices.
