DIVERS celebrated its first anniversary with a special event held on July 16 and 17. Approximately 450 employees, including those from domestic group companies, participated in the event.
Held under the concept of “Challenge Starts Here,” the event aimed to foster a challenge-driven mindset among employees and encourage greater use of the facility. On the first day, participants attended presentations on co-creation initiatives, as well as a lecture and talk session on the theme of “Challenge and Words.” On the second day, experts delivered lectures on the theme of “Challenge and Action,” discussing the importance of creating an environment that fosters challenges and the value of taking on challenges oneself.
