As part of the NGK Group’s efforts to foster transformation and cultivate a challenge‑driven mindset (WAT¹), DIVERS invited employees from Shimizu Corporation involved in space‑related business to deliver a lecture and engage in discussions.
During the session, participants explored the mindset behind challenges in space development, as well as the background and thinking that support continuous efforts in this field. The session provided valuable insights into the challenges faced by the space industry, the importance of consistently taking on difficult themes, and the value of moving forward by involving diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
