The M&E Division co-hosted a CCS/CCUS seminar at DIVERS in collaboration with the Central Japan Hydrogen and Ammonia Association (Administrative Office:Aichi Prefecture). Approximately 40 participants from private companies and local governments attended the event.
The seminar featured a series of lectures on hydrogen, ammonia, and CCUS initiatives, followed by a guided tour of DIVERS and NGK’s facilities in the Mizuho area. Participants visited CO₂ capture equipment, water electrolysis facilities, and methanation systems, gaining firsthand insight into NGK’s efforts toward carbon neutrality.
